This executive immersion is designed for leaders and organisations that want to move beyond AI awareness into structured enterprise implementation. Participants begin with express AI tools, workflow automation and China's AI landscape, before progressing into corporate immersion, AI use-case development, ecosystem learning and organisational AI change leadership. The extended 5-day format deepens the journey further with exposure to enterprise AI infrastructure, cloud and Model-as-a-Service deployment considerations, data compliance, operational viability and final roadmap presentation.
